Menstrual cup horror stories?

I've heard a lot of fantastic things about menstrual cups, but not too many bad things. Anyone have any menstrual cup "horror stories"?

Back when Instead first came out, I used it. One day, while I was sitting in class, I literally felt the cup flip over inside me and spill its contents! I had a pad as backup, but there was too much blood, and I ended up rushing to the nurse's office and calling my mom to bring me clean pants and underwear... Talk about being mortified!!! 8th grade is bad enough without stuff like that. Haven't used that product since.

The first time I used a menstrual cup, I didn't realize that I needed to break the seal to pull it out. I ended up desperately trying to yank it out for the next half hour. I finally got it out but not without enduring terrible pain. So please, don't be like me and do your research on how your cup should be removed.

Fell asleep with a full cup once, and sleeping awkward must have dislocated as by looks the next morning my bed was stained. I was really tired that night :)

I tried them once.  I dont know if the one i got was the wrong size or if I had it in wrong  but it was the most painful thing.  I got it out a quickly as I could and have never been willing to try it again.

Once I had it in all was fine. Horrible to take out- but I might try it again eventually
