What are your thoughts?!

Question

Around 2 weeks pregnant and have had light bleeding last 4 days. Had major side cramping and went in. HCG count 691 yesterday and sonogram couldn't detect gestational sac transvaginal or transabdominal. Have an OB appointment today to retest HCG. The ER said it may be to early to detect anything with a sonogram. Could I have miscarried or is there still hope?

you cannot be 2 weeks pregnant. the first two weeks are your period and leading up to ovulation. you might be 4 wks

It's very early on in your pregnancy, the red light bleeding is common. I bled a little at the beginning of my pregnancy and had some cramps but when I went for my 9 week appointment there was a tiny sac and a little bitty embryo inside. Don't stress ❤️
