What's Wrong With Me?!?!

I'm 24, and my fiance and I haven't been using protection for a year. In March we were diagnosed with Chlamydia and took care of it immediately. It has been cleared up for months now and while my period is irregular, I haven't conceived. My last period was a month ago, and the last one before that was in February. I have taken hpt multiple times but all have been negative including the one I took a few days ago after being a week late. Although I do have symptoms that I've never experienced before, kind of embarrassing. GLOW says I ovulate today so trying today. Am I so messed up down there that I am infertile or something or am I testing too early? What's going on with me? Anyone with a similar situation or story?
