Help! Birth Control/Stress causing irregular period?

I've been on Trinessa since January and I have only missed my pill twice but I followed the instructions and took two pills from my pack the next day. My boyfriend and I have always used a condom along with me being on the pill. I was supposed to get my period on Friday and I did, only it was fairly light and a little spotty. On Saturday morning when I woke up. My pad was full so I just took that as my period coming. On Saturday and Sunday my flow was light and on and off. I have all the period symptoms (cramping, breast tenderness) as well as breaking out a week before. I am still bleeding a little but barely anything, and this is what I normally see towards the end of my period. I have also been under a lot of stress this past month and am wondering if this could be the cause of my irregularity. I appreciate any advice! Thanks!
