my son has extremely sensitive skin. and we are going to have to see a skin specialist due to his eczema. anyhow, he got a diaper rash about 5 days ago and I tried aquaphor( nothing), desitin ( nothing), I'm trying boudreauxs butt paste. it got rid of all redness. but there's these sore left?. I'm changing him every hour. but what are the sores? just irritation? I feel so bad for him....( also the stuff on his bum is some remnants of diaper cream )

poor baby! i'd go right back to basics cotton wool and cooled boiled water to clean up and lots of nappy free time to allow those sores to dry out and heal. A good barrier cream when you put a nappy on, in the uk I'd suggest sudecream. hope little one heals quickly. xx

It looks like a yeast rash and you'd need medicated cream from the ped for that.

I don't know if it's works for diaper rash but for eczema, there's this brand called child's farm... it's specifically for babies and kiddies with sensitive skin and eczema etc and I got my boyfriend some for his eczema and it works wonders!! It's not that expensive either and because you only need a tiny bit for a fairly large area, it lasts so long!

try corn starch!!! sprinkle some corn starch in his diaper my son has excema and that is the only thing that didn't make diaper rashes worse for him.

Those look kind of like blisters. Try coconut oil! It has a pain relieving benefit and anti microbial. My LO has horrible butt rash as a new born for about a week and I would put that on it and slick her diapers with it so if she peed it wasn't sitting right against the area. A&D; thick also! Was the only thing that cleared it up and within days

Aww poor lil guy!! - and poor mommy too because I'm sure you would much rather be the one with the rash. My son had a bad rash for two weeks when he was about a month old. I switched to Water Wipes when changing him and dabbed the poo and pee away until it was healed and I made sure that after cleaning his tush that it was nice and air dried and then I would apply A&D; cream. This was the only combo that got rid of his rash in three ish days. I had tried what seemed like everything until then and all that did was make it worse. He doesn't have particularly sensitive skin though so I can't say for sure if that would be helpful for you. I hope this is helpful though. ❤️

Awww! Poor baby! I'd first definitely look into changing the diapers and wipes you're using. They're having some sort of reaction to something you're using on them. We use The Honest Company for diapers and wipes and haven't had issues! As for a diaper cream, we use Burt's Bees for for creams and baby powder (talc free) and have had a great experience with those as well! If it doesn't clear up in a few days then I'd give the doctor a call and see what they say. I hope he gets better!!

put alittle Vaseline and then cornstarch. it'll take it all away. my daughter had the most sensitive skin I've ever known and she has eczema badly. cornstarch and Vaseline is the only thing that worked on her bum
