Im 7 weeks and my nausea is at an all time high. I threw up for the 1st time on Monday. I am so tired and have the chills and a headache but no fever (head is slightly warm to the touch though). 4 people in my extended family have had a violent flu  this week and I saw them on Easter. Even if it is the flu, is there anything to do about it? I get really light headed too. 😕
