My son is 11 weeks old, could this be a tooth coming in? hes been kinda fussy & been drooling A LOT. My fiance pointed this out & I think it might be a tooth?

Could be, but it would be a peculiar place for a first tooth since what I had heard was usually two bottom teeth come in before top teeth. I'm sure it happens though.

My daughters teeth came in on the side first by they went back in and then her front teeth came out she had this at 2 months. My nephew was born with his front bottom it fell out and came back in they said he will lose it again and then get his permanent

The first tooth "usually" comes in on the lower front. Not saying it can't be one, but I would ask his pediatrician.
