Is it normal not to feel cramps anymore? But i feel nauseous. My first beta at 10DP5DT is 1,019 2nd is 7,451

I'm worried about my first ultrasound on the 28th, coz last yr i got pregnant via iui but did not see a baby on the ultrasound.
