Trouble conceiving

Anyone out there have trouble conceiving?? One of my best friends and her hubby have been trying for a long time and it hasn't happened for them. She was the first person I told both times I found out I was pregnant. This second time she was also about 7 wks pregnant. She told me a few days later that she had started bleeding the day I told her about me. She ended up losing the baby 😞. I felt so bad! She is on her third round of fertility medicine. I'm praying this works for them! They are amazing and have had so much heartache lately they deserve something good! I've been thinking lately about what if it never happens for them? They are a couple that I would gladly carry a child for them. I've never told her that. Guess I just needed to vent a little and ask for prayers!
