So I went to the Dr's yesterday and had an ultrasound and my amniotic fluid is low. I know it's serious but I drink water all day but I work in a factory and constantly on my feet and on the move. What can I do to make sure I don't go into preterm labor. I already cut back on my hours I'm just worried about my baby and hope he's okay
