My HCG are at 75 is ok to TTC already or I need to wait more?

You won't ovulate until your hcg is at 0. You are super close. My doctor said we could start right away. Pay attention to your cervical mucus and start trying.

I used to think you needed to be at 0 to ovulate or get period. My first miscarriage I got my period and then got a hcg test 2 days later and it was at 6. So I asked my Dr who said you can ovulate when you have it left in your system. He didn't give me a number of how low you need to be. Plus, they can drop a lot in just a day. I'm going through a second miscarriage and my levels tested at 142 last week so we started trying this week. Best of luck.
