Still worried

I've been on birth-control, combo pill, for about 8 months now. I've only taken a pill late twice and avoided having sex when that happened. Other than that I'm pretty good at taking it on time. I just finished my period and I'm two days into a new pack. I'm still worried and haven let my boyfriend finish inside of me because I am worried about getting pregnant. Would I be okay if he did?
