Swimming
So I'm a 13 year old swimmer but I don't know how to use a tampon. The past 2 times I've had my period I just winged it and there was no trace of blood on my suit or in the water. Some of the other girls in my group also don't wear a tampon. I don't know if I should continue on like this.
