How to lower my prolactin naturally

DH and I have been ttc for 17 mths. Fourth blood work came back my prolactin level is still high, number is 54. My question is, is it possible to lower my prolactin naturally? If it is, how? I just started Fertilaid for women 3 days ago since it had Vitex in it. We're on the list to see the fertility specialist. Help! 😫
