Hydration & breastfeeding
What are your favorite hydration methods while breast feeding? I admit I can't seem to stay hydrated or fed enough. I am always hungry and thirsty. It seems even more so than when I was pregnant. I try to keep a water bottle around but it seems whenever I sit to pump or nurse I'm without it! How are you mamas keeping healthy?
