When is the safe period? How can glow say you are high risk immediately after your period is finish?

Are you talking about safe period for not getting pregnant? There is no safe period for that, you always have at least a 3% chance of pregnancy with unprotected sex. About a week or so after ending your period, usually around CD14, is your highest chance of pregnancy. This is because you ovulate during that time so obviously the risk is greater!

If your cycle is short enough and your bleeding is long enough you don't have any 'safe' days from the end of your bleeding until your ovulation is over. 2 days after your ovulation your 'safe' time during your cycle starts until your next AF starts.
