Getting ParaGard installed tomorrow afternoon!

Super excited about all the pros that will come with it!! 💯💯 I'm super into how long it's gonna last. Not having to remember or spend money on birth control pills until I'm 27!? Hell yeah 😁

... But is there anything I should be worried about? 😶 I'm really nervous about insertion... how much will it hurt? I've heard it's not as bad if you relax.

It's also my first pelvic exam. 😐

Do gynecologists care about your pubic hair? I don't see why they would, but I worry.

Is there anything I can do to lessen the pain during and after insertion?

Advice please?
