In a position I have no idea.

So I'm 23 years old. I have no idea what to do right now I'm able to go to a adult program and get my STNA and if I do that and pass my tests then I get my diploma with it! So then I won't have to go to do a lot of schooling to get it. My dad is a Sargent for a sheriff and they give the family free college. But it only allows me to do online schooling and only have a select few things. I don't want to hurt his feelings but on that list has nothing I wanna do and I'm not going to do something I don't wanna do just to make him happy. Do I do my own thing and go to college for nursing or do I go and do something off that list. I'm torn because I don't want to upset him. I really wanna be a nurse. Any advice.
