Early Pregnancy Signs

What are some early signs of pregnancy besides missing a period or getting a positive hpt? I've never been pregnant before and typically at this point in my cycle I have way more symptoms of AF. However this time around it's different. I've been Trying to conceive for 14 months now but don't want to psych myself out thinking it's something it's not. I'm suppose to get AF either today or tomorrow but have no symptoms of it at all. Usually I am starting to spot with brown and red blood and there's nothing. I'm nervous to take a test because I've had to much disappointment already.
