Do you double layer if you're wearing pads?

I like to wear pads to sleep, but I tend to leak so  I like to layer up my pads (one in front towards my pubic area another over lapping and ends up towards Butt crack). What about you?

I just wear extra long ones with wings for overnight. I rarely leak any into my underwear.

I used to leak like crazy so I did that. I also had the pads that had the wings for extra comfort in knowing that I wouldn't leak overnight

I put a tampon in, and a overnight pad 
on. I'm a heavy bleeder, I can't go longer than 3 hours (that's pushing it) without bleeding through anything.

No never. I would wear spandex under my pants when i was like 14 or 15
