Yes and no. It shouldn't stop the process of ovulation or anything like that as it is an infection only of the urinary tract. However wen u have a uti u may not feel like having sex which will obviously prevent conception during the course of the infection.

I went to the hospital last month found out I had a UTI, I didn't even know. I didn't feel any different. I had sex. I have never had a UTI before
