The contractions were horrible , but she was pushing me to push her out coming fast I tell you . I had to make my cervix thin the rest of the way out &I let me tell you the ring of fire is sooo true ! But it was soo worth it and wasn't as painful as I expected it to be. Very proud of myself kept breathing through all the contractions and wasn't in labor for long she was ready to come out ! Few stitching &a she was out !
