Symptoms??

Question

This is my first time pregnant and only after I felt funny did I take a clear blue that said I'm 2-3 weeks pregnant. First my tummy was upset, then random lower back pain (which caused me to take the test) now I feel this peculiar bloating/ pressure. Anyone else have this?

I have intermittent cramps like mostly at night when I'm not moving. Last night I was doubled over and just like that it was gone- along with massive sickness but no puking yet. Boobs hurt, pooing a lot, I'm sick in the morning but I just eat a lot and take my vitamin  which helps. Vitamin b6 25 mg is your best friend for bouts of nausea. I felt the pressure your taking about but has kinda stopped. When I roll over in bed I feel my uterus moving it seems to slosh or something ... Oh and I'm 4 wkd 5 days

This is also my first and today I an 5 weeks, I started to feel that pressure almost period like cramps just not bad right above my pelvic bone...from what I read it's the baby making itself at home!  All these feelings are so new!
