Baby STILL won't sleep

My son has always had trouble sleeping. Now he's 5 months and he still wakes up every hour on the hour. I've tried everything from switching him to his crib to bed sharing to cry it out and put down pick up method. I'm working full time and my body can't handle this lack of sleep anymore. I fell asleep driving to work the other day and luckily the grooves in the side of the road woke me up. I don't know what else to do this baby simply won't sleep. Someone help 😭
