No friends :/

This is more of a rant post than anything else. I'm 18, and graduated high school in 2013. I had a large group of friends and we hung out almost every weekend! In the fall, they all went to universities while I stayed here in town to attend a community college. Now that they're back from college for the summer, I have tried to get ahold of them but with no luck! It's like they all forgot about me! They always hangout together, but never let me know! It makes me so sad and upset because we were all so close! No matter how much I text or call them, they never seem to pick up or answer me. I don't have anyone now except for my boyfriend. But he has his group of friends and I want him to have fun too! I just can't help but feel like crying everyday because I'm stuck at home with no one to talk to. Any advice? Or maybe just some kind encouraging words. Thank you :)
