what type of discharge is this ?

hi guys I've been battling with this for a while and I have no idea  what this is, I would appreciate your advice ... the discharge is white thin but lotion like and it has a not so nice scent

Could be sign of infection.

Maybe bacterial vagionis. I'd see a dr.... it can lead to pelvic inflammatory disease. if left untreated it can cause infertility. Might be nothing but better safe than sorry
