I'm not usually one to post pictures of myself or talk about exercise but after two babies (3 and 1) I am in better shape than i was before I had kids. I didn't start working out for anyone but myself. It makes me feel good and is a great start to my day. I'm also teaching my children that exercise in moderation is good for them. I do not diet, do not take pre or post workout regimens. I just do my exercise in the morning and stay busy with the kids. I've lost over 20 pounds and gained a few pounds back in muscle. I've dropped down 4 pants sizes and not even sure how many inches all together. I'm just happy to have a body I am proud of without having to overdue anything and only spending 30 minutes a day exercising. Thanks for listening 😁💪🏃‍♀️
