Do you get a yearly physical?

I want to make appts for my husband and I. We do our 6 months dentist appts and I do my gyno but that's it lol and we had fertility testing done with some bloodwork. I'm 28 and he's 30. I think I need to keep up with our health better. Also, what do they do st physicals? It's been so long

I'm broke so I don't do yearly physicals. I just go to the public family health clinic when I'm sick. I do yearly eye exams, though and will have to start yearly hearing exams. But doctor? Nah.

There's actually no evidence that annual checkups help your health, and they may even be bad for you as you get sent for more testing of things that would never have been an issue... better to just go to the doctor when you have a concern.

I don't need to because I visit the doctors for so many reasons during the year anyway 😂

weight, temp, height, pap smear for women/prostate check for men, breast exam for women, bloodwork if asked for or warranted
