Hi ladies! I got my Paragard July 24 (so almost exactly a month ago). Last Wednesday and Thursday night, I had cramps so extreme they woke me up and had me awake for almost an hour with my heating pad waiting for Advil to kick in. The cramps are still present but have subsided to a manageable level. But I haven't started bleeding! I'm confused and have never cramped this long without starting my period. Has anyone else experienced this with an IUD? Periods suck, but I still am always glad when mine comes because I'm very paranoid about getting pregnant.
