👉Please do not post anything related to miscarriage unless first posting the word "Trigger" with the remaining topic in the comments section.

👉No controversial topics, i.e. (Circumcision, birth plans, epidural vs unmedicated birth, vaccinations) unless you are posting a valid article from a reputable journal article for all of us to read and discuss.

👉Please keep medical advice posts to a minimum. We are not your specific providers and do not know your medical history, therefore cannot give you medical advice. General questions are okay.
