Back pimples?

I have back pimples any idea how i can get rid of them?

When you are done washing everything in the shower let hot water run on your back. It should clean out the pores.

What helped me with the same issue was this treatment called Nature's Cure. Consists of a pill and a spray so it treats from inside out. Worked great for me and a cousin of mine who suffered from extremely bad back acne. U can find where they sell it online. Naturescure.com

I have the same issue but it has really helped for me to useorganix body wash and scrub dead skin from my back every few days with a foot scrubber thing. I know it sounds weird, but it works for me!

My dad got me a face wash but he loves sales and got me a guy's bottle.  Not that I mind, but men's products have harsh chemicals even they shouldnt be using, so I've been using it ad a body wash, and that seems to have been working.

But when I get a bad case, I use my mud face cream to treat the spots. Feels really good! I also exfoliate my body, so I don't have "backne" like I did when I was younger.

If you wear the same shirt for sleeping, that could also be a problem, since we sweat, so get more tees to use as pjs. I buy men's shirts at walmart for real cheap.

Change your bedsheets, pjs, workout clothes more often. Wash with a body scrub made for acne, and try to reduse the dresses in your life.

This was my back last year around this time. I was heavily active & the sweat made me break out badly. If you sweat, make sure you're showering before it dries. What really worked for me was benzoyl peroxide 10% & birth control. I had back acne for years & those two cleared me up in 3 weeks max
