spot remedy

hi guys so a couple of eyes ago I broke out in pimples, not one or two like I mean my face was packed in them, completely covered I tried everything from cleansers to tablets to cream to oils until I went to the doctors.. they gave me a bottle of solution like fluid it smells very strong like hairspray it's called zineryt, it is the best thing I have ever came across my skin is so sensitive but for some reason my skin has been fine other than it gets a bit dry( my skin gets dry anyway) totally recommend this it's on prescription so yeah I hope this has helped, what are your remindies? here's a picture💢
