Can you "feel" pregnant?

I have had a negative test, however I am now 11 late having all the symptoms of early pregnancy, and just this kind of calm. I feel like my body is telling me I'm pregnant. Could it just be psychological?

I have been convinced that I felt pregnant several times, with pregnancy tests always saying BFN.  It's not until my period finally starts that the symptoms go away and I realize I'm wishing for the symptoms!

​The longest my period has been late was 10 days though.  Ask your doctor for a blood test, because they are more accurate and will pick up the pregnancy hormone much sooner than a urine test.

You could be pregnant and it is just too early to tell.

I knew I was pregnant the moment I conceived.  A calmness like you described just crept over me. Took a test two weeks later and yup..I was pregnant.
