Spotting and cramping after d and c

Ok so I'm almost 4 weeks post d and c and for the past week I've had some cramping but I only had brown discharge spotting on and off and just right now I got this pink spotting which I haven't had in all last week and a half at all could that be normal I just made a follow up appointment but I have it till Monday I'm also having mild cramping and lower back pain

I am also on the depo shot so idk if that could be causing this ?
