Who creates the problem for trans people using the washroom of their choice? Transphobic people. Because it's transphobic people who beat trans people. But isn't that why we want the bathroom bans? It's transphobic people who rape trans people in the bathroom. But don't we want the bathroom ban so trans people don't rape you in the bathroom? It's transphobic people who kill trans people in the bathroom.... but isn't that why we don't want trans people in there, so us cis people don't get raped?

Why is there not a single case (in my knowledge) of a trans person beating, raping, or killing a cis person in the washroom. But dozens of cases of cis people beating, raping, or killing trans people in the washroom?

Trans people aren't the problem, so why don't we ban the problem? Transphobes.

Cis = you basically identify with your genitals and what you were assigned at birth
