partial placenta separation

just a couple of days ago had my antenatal appt with high risk dr after having repeat scan due to an anomaly of fibres tissues which actually turned out to be a placenta separation but i had no bleeding at all i had some tightnings which i thought were due to over doing it or roud ligement pains. has anyone been told to rest or take it easy has anyone heal by the next scan date i have another scan in 8weeks (i do have two other kids to look after 10 and 15mths ) some opinions ladies would be much appreciated
