Help !!!

So it's been over a year since TTC and nothing so I seen a Gono. And I got a pelvic exam..this is my results..the nurse said it should effect pregnancy ..I'm still waiting to hear back if they need to b removed or not ( the fibroid and the cyst ) . But has anyone gotten pregnant with them ? Or what did you guys do ? Also for about the past two weeks..sometimes when I pee my urine is brightest dark yellow. Like banana yellow and I dont think I'm dehydrated I drink a lot in a day. When I wipe, the paper tissue turns yellow ... Also my period isn't nowhere near but it smells like it's approaching. I'm so confused with my body right now 🙄
