??heavy bleeding and now positive tests?

I started having a period the 16th and my fiancé and I have been trying almost all the time now. Well I am still bleeding but it's lightening up now. I didn't start feeling symptoms of sore breasts and smell sensitivity until a couple days ago. I took a test last night and it said positive and one this morning and said positive. Waiting for doctor to call back but is it possible I can be pregnant ? I do not want to lose this baby

Did you wind up pregnant? I had negative tests and started my “period” 3 days ago and was cramping really heavy and bleeding like I normally do. Only difference is it only lasted 3 days instead of 5 to 6 like it normally does but the whole “period” was just super different from my normal cycle. Took a couple tests last night all with faint positives and took some more today all with faint positives that are a little darker than yesterday. I’m 16 dpo and terrified😞
