Okay. Long story short. I now have a full time job working at a waxing salon.

My bfs dad owns his own business and will need people to start working in the office answering phones and stuff once it is done being set up. I have a lot of customer service experience and know I would be good at it but am nervous to work for "family".

I could also use a break from being on my feet all day at the waxing salon.

My bf works in the shop outside filling orders so we wouldn't be working along side each other. I'm considering maybe doing part time so i could fall back on my waxing job if need be.

I would be making 1.25$ more than my waxing job hourly but when I factor in my tips I could lose money if I went on full time.

Everyone is making me nervous saying you shouldn't work with family and blood is thicker than water.... has anyone worked with your significant others family?? Is this a bad idea??!
