Crawling

My baby isn't crawling yet! He can stay in the crawling position but I have to put in it myself... we do tummy time everyday but he HATES it and cries the whole time 😒😣😣 He doesn't show any interest in crawling and when we practice walking he. Skips and can't seem too get the stepping down. He also isn't able to pull himself up😓😓😓😓 Am I doing something wrong?? He seems physically strong but he just doesn't seem interested in it. He does like the walker but he just seems to skate side to side instead of walking forward. Someone pls give me some tips or just ease my mind because he's coming up on 10 months and he's not seeming to be interested in any of it
