SneakPeek inconclusive

I was watching a YouTube video last night and the girl was trying to find out the sex of the baby. She settled for taking a Sneakpeek test at 14 weeks and it came back "inconclusive". Has this happened to anyone before? And if so, did you get your money back?

We've been iffy on trying the service. Hoping we'll find out in 3-4 weeks, since I'm now 13 weeks pregnant but I figure majority of the time people look for confirmation with an ultrasound anyway so I might as well wait.
