NFL Game Pass free trial

I don't know if anyone's tried the free trial, totally wishing I didn't because 1, I only tried it to watch a game and it wouldn't even work and 2, I canceled it at the 7 days because I couldn't figure out how to cancel for the longest time and then finally figured it out. They charged me the 100$ and my account was overdrawn, the website says I can get a refund by cancel the trial either before the free trial ends or if I do it within 3 days so I should definitely be able to get refunded. But now I was charged with insufficient funds fee and it's been a week since I contacted customer support about a refund and I sent 3 different emails and they just won't get back to me.... I tried calling the customer service number and all it does it tell you to do it online, there's no one to talk to about it. I'm literally overdrafted 80$ now and freaking out! Has anyone had a problem with the nfl website??
