Am I pregnant ?

I have had pregnancy symptoms (bloated, gas, nauseas, slight stomach cramps, every now and then sharp pains In my boobs,constipation) 3 days to go until my period and my stomach pains have increased a lot today not unbareable  but I can def feel them. I usually only get period cramping the night before or the day of my period and my period is always on time with this app.. I have taken two tests one came back positive and one was negative which one do I believe ? Or do I wait until my period is late do another test and go by that ?
