I can't help having MC anxiety

my 12wk appointment is on the 12th of september. Febuary we lost our first pregnancy at 10.5wks, and it was revealed at the 12wk ultrasound that there was no growth and no HB. I am now 9.1wks, and have been having the worst morning sickness since 7.5wks. i have had no bleeding, no extremely painful cramps, and as far as i know no fever. I do get random chills after throwing up but I've been that way since a kid. i went all day yesterday without being able to eat anything, and barely keeping tiny bits of water down. i mostly slept for the day. i called my OB who sent over a prescription for anti-nausea medication, and today i have been able to drink water, a smoothie, and eat an egg sandwhich. I've been having slight pressure like period cramps and pangs in my sides. i guess im just so worried im having another missed MC and i'm going through all of this for nothing again.
