I keep seeing this, and I have to ask, what is rainbow baby? I call my baby.... My baby. So what is it about these specific babies that get the title rainbow baby?

A rainbow baby is a baby born after the loss of a previous baby. 
A beautiful rainbow follows a storm and gives hope for better things. The storm, being the loss of the baby and the rainbow, being the new baby.
