so today was a hard morning I had to take a pill because I wasn't on my period to help soften my cervix, the pain from the pill was longer and more intense than getting the actual IUD. once that faded I went to my appointment and it wasn't all that bad a quick painful second and it was in. for myself I have light cramps, nothing crazy compared to my period and was light headed for a while.

don't be nervous, it will hurt but only for a second, just take your time before moving.
