Doctors asking about recreational drugs during a preconception appointment.

So I have a question. I'm trying to get pregnant and I'm still under my dads insurance (he's retired Air Force) and I was wondering if during my preconception appointment if I say yes to smoking weed will I get in trouble with the law since my appointment would be on base or can they not tell anyone? Please help!
