Miscarriage on my birthday 💔

Hi all,

I'm having an extremely hard week. Yesterday was my birthday and 6 weeks pregnant. I woke up at 5am with lots and lots of blood.. bright red. I immediately called my doctor and she had me come in for blood work. I found out that my hcg level was at 16 and I was suffering a miscarriage. I'm so heartbroken this was our first pregnancy and we were over the moon with happiness and our one year marriage anniversary is next week. I am just hurting so much right now I can't even think about anything else. 💔😭 if anyone has any.... please tell me success stories of a healthy pregnancy shortly after a miscarriage!
