sex disappointment from others?

we are not finding the sex out again until birth like did with #1 but #2 seems to have many people convinced we "need" the opposite sex and convinced it is going to be. i feel people will be sad if same sex as my 1st ha i truly do not believe we need a certain sex but need a healthy baby. i truly dont care if the baby is a boy or a girl. anyone experience sex disappointment from others?

This is my first pregnancy so no, but my dad wants it to be a boy. I only have sisters, and one little niece. He's super bitter about not having any boys in the family (other than his son in laws). But I'm a little petty and while I also really want a boy, I almost want a girl to prove to him it doesn't matter what the gender is😂 and to get back at him for all the negativity and mean comments I had to deal with growing up about not being a boy. But my doctor predicted boy from the heartbeat/heart rate  so I guess we shall see 😉
