Becoming a Teen Mom

I'm 16 and a new mom with a 2 month old. The birthing process was kind of easy except for when my contractions started at home at 4am in the morning lol. I thought they were false at first but they told me I was already dilating. He was suppose to come July 28 but he came 5 weeks early so he was a big suprise. I did get some drug to ease my contractions but it did make me kinda wozey but felt nice. Then after a few hours, I got my shot in my back which made everything soooooo smooth. I thought it was going to be this scary painful moment, but all I did was push for 20-30 minutes and he was here, I didn't cry, scream, or nothing. I was happy he was here but kind of scared to. All I want to say is that you need to have a support system the first few weeks to help you out and I did have postpartum depression, but now it just comes and go whenever so don't try to think negative and just do something that helps you clear your mind like yoga, a movie, anything. It's a big change for me and sometimes I feel like imma mess up but I gotta boyfriend that lets me know that everything will be fine and I got this.
